Healing Through Meaning!

Whether you're living with a chronic illness, struggling at work or with relationships, there is a way forward. Logotherapy can help!

What is Logotherapy?

Logotherapy is an evidence-based, meaning-centred therapy that was founded in the 1930s by the Austrian Psychiatrist, Neurologist, and Holocaust Survivor, Prof. Viktor Frankl.

It is an effective treatment for a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, stress, phobias, and depression, and used in empowering people to find meaning in challenging life situations, such as bereavement, relationship difficulties, chronic illness, and career choices.

Wisdom from Viktor Frankl

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”

“If there is a meaning in life at all, then there must be a meaning in suffering. Suffering is an ineradicable part of life, even as fate and death. Without suffering and death, human life cannot be complete.”

“The quest for meaning is the key to mental health and human flourishing.”
